At The Higher Consciousness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if an item doesn't align with your journey, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all spiritual packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all crystals, incense, or apparel are protected, and include your printed RMA slip inside.

  Ship to Our Sanctuary

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned energy of the product, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
